This great pair of ice skates is new in the box and come fully-adjustable in size to fit a range of feet, or feet that are still growing! Returns
I cannot accept returns on items that are new in the box. I don't open new items to test them, because then I couldn't sell them as "new in the box". The vast majority of new items have some type of manufacturer's warranty that cover the item from defects. If, in the unlikely event you find problems with your new in the box item, fill out your warranty card, send it in, and contact the company. This should resolve any problems you may encounter.
If I am selling an item that has been opened for any reason, I will have removed the item to ensure that (1) All the contents of the package are intact, and (2) The item is in working order. I highly suggest that you purchase the very inexpensive optional shipping insurance to make sure that if your opened-box item does not function properly due to damage during shipping, the item can be replaced.
